Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, hands-on technician with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to both follow direction and take the lead when needed. You will work across a variety of properties and tasks, requiring a diverse set of technical skills and strong communication.

Required Skills & Experience
Electrical: 110V / 220V troubleshooting & repair

Plumbing: Repair and installation

Framing and door replacement

Drywall repair and finishing

Interior and exterior painting

Basic carpentry and general building maintenance

Ability to follow instructions and supervise small projects

Strong communication skills with customers and team members

Professional appearance and demeanor

Reliable transportation is a must

Experience in multi-family or commercial property maintenance preferred

Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
