Job Title:Entry-Level Property Maintenance Technician (Part-time and Full-time)

Company:Power Wash and Painting, LLC.

Location: Various locations within a two hour radius of Comal County. Meeting location determined based on the first/last job location of the day.

Working hours: 9am-5pm. Other hours may be available on a as needed basis.

Working days: Monday-Friday. Other days may be available on a as needed basis.

About Us:

Power Wash and Painting is hiring Property Maintenance Technicians to join the team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position suitable for those who enjoy hands-on work and want to start a career in property maintenance. Relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities may result in higher compensation. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with the possibility of promotion to a Lead position after six months. The role involves maintaining the appearance and functionality of properties for clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as power washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and assisting with painting projects

Handle various repairs and general property upkeep

Work independently and as part of a team

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

Fluency in English [User Input]

Must be 18 years or older

Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable

Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

No criminal background

A strong desire to do quality work and get it right the first time

Eagerness to learn and grow with the company

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for most of your shift

Ability to bend, stoop, or lean over to perform daily tasks
