Experienced Machine Technician – Industrial Equipment & Repair

Based in Delano or Dinuba, CA | $19–$22/hour | Full-Time | 40+ hours/week

This is not an entry-level role, strong mechanical troubleshooting experience is required.

We’re hiring a skilled Machine Service Technician with hands-on experience repairing box-making machines and labeling line equipment to serve the areas of Dinuba, Delano, and Lamont.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain box-making and labeling equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Recommend needed parts or machinery replacements
• Respond to equipment issues across Dinuba, Delano, and Lamont
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols
• Adapt to flexible shifts supporting 24/7 operations
• Collaborate with your team and supervisors effectively

What We’re Looking For:

This is a hands-on role requiring proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. We are specifically looking for candidates with real experience in machine maintenance this is not a general labor or entry-level position.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance or industrial repair experience
• Technical or vocational training preferred
• Strong knowledge of hand/power tools
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Valid CA driver's license & reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel regularly between Dinuba, Delano, and Lamont
• Able to pass a 4-panel drug screening
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• 10–12 hour shifts possible
• Work indoors and outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, or noisy environments
