We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at Wilderness Club at Big Cedar. In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience. What will I be doing:

  • Direct and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians and Grounds persons.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to build a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.
  • Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for maintenance operations.
  • Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 3-5 years of building and/or property maintenance.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
