Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: $31.97 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am)

What's the Job?

• Observe all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining good housekeeping and Global Food Safety practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues on all associated equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Train others to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Continuously monitor and physically inspect production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with mechanical and/or electrical repair.
• Ability to read and follow schematics, electrical diagrams, and blueprints.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
