CXT-Maintenance Foreman

• Lead morning safe start meetings and cover safety topic.
• Drive 5S standards.
• Oversee and ensure all employees are properly trained in maintenance standards and process.
• Manages day to day maintenance work according to the PM schedule and ensures all company safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures are followed.
• Work with the Salary Supervisor to develop PM schedule for all plant equipment.
• Work with quality and production teams to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Read and follow plans, material lists and guidelines and apply necessary timelines.
• Responsible for placing and expediting orders for PM schedule and examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Maintain parts and supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed equipment, parts, and supplies; place and expedite orders; verify receipt.
• Prepare, review and finalize maintenance reports and provide Manager.
• Plan and lead installation of new production equipment and required infrastructure with the guidance of Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 7+ years of experience in maintenance
• Prior leadership experience, preferred

Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
