Summary: Seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician with expertise in performing maintenance on large-scale equipment and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a manufacturing setting
Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Availability for emergencies 24/7
Preferred Skills:
Associate degree or coursework in manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering, etc.
Ability to use computer software such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SAP
Job Responsibilities:
Perform expert level preventative maintenance including observation, dismantling, adjustment, testing
Identify and source parts for repairs
Optimize daily maintenance schedule with production team
Setup and operate machining operations for parts repair
Lead Continuous Improvement activities using CI tools and methodology
Collect equipment performance data using predictive maintenance technologies
Conduct on-the-job training and career development programs
Install and maintain electrical/mechanical components of machinery
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
