un Seeking part time handyman/maintenance tech LEAD (Kissimmee) compensation: $20 per hour Looking for part time maintenance tech/ handyman LEAD (no helpers or apprentice please).. IMMEDIATE HIRE Must have basic tools and transport. Must have PROFICIENT knowledge of electrical, plumbing, water heater and lawn sprinkler system. Minor roof inspection and repairs also performed on occasion. Must be willing to drive,(up to 50 miles from 34741 zip code). this isn't a facility based job, you will be responding to service calls all over central Florida. travel time between sites is paid as well., other perks are offered as well. Must be neat looking, presentable, as you will be dealing with tenants and clients directly. basic English is very much desiredl in dealing with tenants and clients.. pay is $20+per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
