About the Role

As Maintenance Director, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our facility, equipment, and grounds in top shape. From preventive maintenance to troubleshooting emergencies-even after hours-you'll ensure our community stays safe, comfortable, and beautiful. You'll work independently and partner with licensed vendors when needed, plus lend a helping hand to residents with moves or small repairs.

• You're safety-conscious and follow all procedures, including infection control

• You're self-driven, set priorities, and get the job done on time

• You greet residents, families, staff, and visitors with respect and positivity

• You manage your team effectively (if applicable) and keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in building maintenance (you know your stuff!)

• Experience managing a team is a big plus

• Solid knowledge of:

• Plumbing: commodes, fixtures, drains, hot water heaters, dishwashers, ice machines, etc.

• HVAC: heat pumps, refrigeration, general mechanics

• Electricity: wiring, voltage, amperage

• Mechanics: engine design and operation

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations!)
