Facility Maintenance Technician

Schedule: 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $26 per hour + $1.50 shift differential Key Responsibilities: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and powered industrial systems. Changes batteries on powered industrial equipment as needed. Conducts calibrations, alignments, and various building maintenance and repairs. Responds to maintenance requests promptly and troubleshoots basic operational issues. Completes accurate daily maintenance reports and follows safety policies and procedures. Uses a variety of hand and power tools, including electrical testing devices. Maintains a clean, organized, and resource-efficient work environment. Qualifications: Three years of related experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work with minimal supervision. Flexible - able to quickly shift priorities as needed. Able to work from verbal and written instructions.
