Part Time Maintenance Assistant- 12 hours a week or less

Job duties include:

Snow removal

Light painting

Drywall repair

Furniture moving

Minor electrical repairs

Monthly inspections

Day to day work orders

On call rotation/emergencies

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:

Maintaining the repair of the building and equipment

Maintains the floor care of the building to include: Sweeping, Mopping, Stripping and Waxing floors

Other duties as assigned
