As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues
• Repair and replace defective parts
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders
• Assist with the installation of new equipment
• Utilizes PM software to adhere to and document all scheduled maintenance, installations, repairs, and issues
• In consultation with manager, contact, schedule, and manage outside maintenance and repair contractors for issues beyond skill and experience level

Required Skills:

• Experience with assembly and order fulfillment processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform quality control inspections
• Ability to oversee outside maintenance and repair contractors, ensuring their work is timely, cost effective, and adheres to quality standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience as a forklift operator
• Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures
• Experience working with external contractors
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Electrical installation and repair skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $42,000.00
