Multi-Craft Technician Lead
Location: Onsite in S. Dallas
Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $38+, dependent upon experience
Assignment Type: Temp, Temp to Hire
PPE Required: Steel-toed shoes
About the Opportunity
Adecco is proud to partner with a global leader in industrial packaging, to fill a key role at their brand-new, state-of-the-art 350,000 sq. ft. corrugated sheet and box manufacturing facility in Dallas.
We're seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Technician Lead to join the team and help drive operational excellence through expert maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Install and repair motors, drives, PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), and control circuits
Interpret blues and work from sketches or verbal instructions
Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Ensure safetypliance and report concerns immediately
Weekend and daily OT as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent training
Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, PLCs, and servo systems
Ability to read blues and NEC standards
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
Must pass a background check
Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
