**Job Description**

The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in an industrial setting. The position requires diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, including faulty wiring, motors, sensors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including faulty wiring, motors, sensors, and PLCs.

+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

+ Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

+ Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve system performance and reduce downtime.

+ Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

+ Recommend and implement improvements for energy efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.

**Essential Skills**

+ Electrical Industrial Maintenance

+ Troubleshooting

+ Preventative maintenance

+ Mechanical and electrical maintenance

+ Experience with up to 480 voltage wiring

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics

+ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting

+ PLC experience

+ Industrial electrical knowledge

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of industrial electrical experience

+ Proficient in VFDs, motor starters, control panels, and industrial sensors

+ Nice to have: electrician's license or certification
