Job duties include: maintenance of the apartments, carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical, grounds keeping such as mowing and using a weed eater, painting, and "make ready on vacated apartments to get them ready for new occupants. All other maintenance tasks assigned by management and supervision. Bilingual preferred. Background check and drug screening required.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Must be available for On-call emergencies and issues. Possible overtime hours as needed.
