We're Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Cable Technician/Maintenance Associate to their team.
Pay Rate:
$24.00 - $26.00/hr on W2, depending on experience
Work Type:
Onsite - Dickinson, ND 58601
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with weekends as needed | 7: 00 am until 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Details: Standard Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for performing maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.
* Supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
* Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
* Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
* Perform maintenance under supervision
* Support CoSD and efficiency initiatives
* Adhere to TLM systems and standards
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Entry-level; no minimum years of experience required
* Top skills: flexibility, willingness to learn, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication
Work Environment:
* Casual dress code under provided PPE
* PPE provided: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, safety boots
