Inspects building systems including electrical, fire alarms, possible HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client. Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements Consults with clients to schedule to perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. (To include PM's on HVAC systems) Complete maintenance and repair records in CMMS per guidelines Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned. What you'll need To perform this job efficiently, an individual will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Possess skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck Licensure as stated by Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) Why CBRE? The salary range is $33 - $36 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
