What We're Looking For:

Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic tools required - power tools a plus!

Reliable transportation + can lift 40-50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience

CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)

Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
