PDS Tech is seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team in supporting the fire sprinkler industry. This is your opportunity to work with precision, operate advanced welding equipment, and be part of a high-performing, safety-first environment.
You'll put your welding expertise to work on steel pipes, ensuring every weld meets top-quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for producing work that mattersthis role is for you!
Pay Rate: $21.00hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM (Overtime possible until 4:30 PM)
What You'll Do
Weld carbon outlets onto steel pipe for fire sprinkler systems.
Perform specialty welding tasks, including spool pieces and flanges.
MIG weld carbon steel and galvanized materials in the flat position.
Inspect welds for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam quality.
Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work area while meeting quality and productivity goals.

What We're Looking For
1+ year of MIG welding experience.
1+ year of machine operation experience.
Ability to pass a weld test (bring your own welding helmet to the interview).
Generalputer skills and goodmunication abilities.
High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume).
