Full-Time Maintenance Technician Residential Property Management
We are a well-established residential management company seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you're a jack-of-all-trades with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving, wed love to hear from you!
Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks across our residential properties. This includes unit turns, general repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure our communities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. We have two complexes close by each other -- must be willing to drive to both with mileage reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
*Perform general maintenance including drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and minor roof repairs
*Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns)
*Assist with seasonal maintenance and outdoor upkeep
*Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
*HVAC knowledge is a plus (but not required)
Requirements:
*Minimum 1 years of experience in property maintenance or similar field
*Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades OR if you don't know how to fix it, willing to learn how
*Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently and/or as part of a team
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
*Available for occasional overtime and/or emergency weekend repairs
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $22$26/hour (based on experience)
*Monthly and performance-based bonuses
