Maintenance Worker Needed - Immediate Hire

NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE WORKER
FULL TIME $20/HR START IMMEDIATELY

OUTDOOR POSITION ALL WORK IS PERFORMED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 a.m.4:30 p.m.
Benefits: Weekly pay, PTO, Paid Holidays

Job Overview:

Exterior building repairs and upkeep
Painting, minor plumbing, irrigation repairs
Preventive maintenance and occasional exterior janitorial work
Maintain tools and work areas in a neat and professional manner

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have maintenance experience
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Background checks and random drug testing performed
