Job Title: Maintenance Tech/Mechanic

Job Description

This is a technical hands-on position for a Maintenance Mechanic to support the entire facility. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive maintenance, with a focus on forklifts, equipment, building systems, and conveyors.

$28-30/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on forklifts and equipment, comprising 50% of daily activities.

• Conduct building maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and generator upkeep, accounting for 20% of daily responsibilities.

• Troubleshoot and maintain conveyors and some PLC systems, which will encompass 30% of the daily workload.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance.

• High mechanical knowledge and experience.

• Understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting conveyors.

• Experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and hydraulic systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, focusing on facilities, mechanical, and technical aspects.

• Mechanical inclination and proficiency in repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment and forklifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $62400.00/yr.
