About You:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible in overseeing and ensuring maintenance and repair of all equipment, buildings and grounds of the facility as scheduled, to preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep. This position requires solid maintenance knowledge and skills. Experience in property management is helpful.

What will you be doing?
Oversees and completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work
Train, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team
Work collaboratively with the Property Manager to successfully complete apartment unit inspections for both move-in and move-out to include preparing estimates of damage for collection purpose
Daily inspection of grounds, parking lots and common areas
Communicate any health and/or safety concerns/violations, unusual and/or any unusual or hazardous situations immediately to management
Monitor maintenance/repair related supplies and deliver and/or pick up supplies when needed
Apply general knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, heating, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, welding, painting, security and sprinkler systems, fire alarms, masonry work, and other related skills required to perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, and/or repairs

Prior related work experience helpful
Supervisory experience required
Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Computer literacy required
HVAC certificate required
