YOU WILL:

• Be the main point of contact for all things Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance
• Use communication devices such as walkie talkies to communicate with school staff
• Read and interpret work orders
• Replace ceiling tiles
• Sweep, mop, dust, pull trash,
• Use light equipment such as leaf blowers, wet vacs, burnishers, etc.
• Clean up spills and disinfect throughout the day

YOU MUST BE:

• Able to pass a State background check
• Able to pass a TB test
• Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds (furniture, tables, chairs)
• Mechanically inclined. Experience with basic hand tools or power equipment is critical to be successful in this role
