Maintenance person/Ranchhand - Heavy Equipment Operator

Maintenance person/ranch hand

We are hiring at least two people so if you don't have all the below listed skills that is ok.

We are looking for a skilled maintenance person who can help to maintain structures including plumbing and minor electrical.

We are looking for someone who knows to operate heavy equipment and has mechanical skills.

We are still hiring more landscapers (we have a separate post out for that as well)

You must
- be able to work independently but be a team player
- be able to follow directions
- pay great attention to detail
- have a good work ethic
- be honest
- punctual
- be able to concentrate on the task at hand while problem solving
- be able to think critically
- be friendly and respectful
- be able to pass a background check
- speak fluent English

You may be required to work some weekends and/or holidays. You must be able to tolerate the weather.

It is a plus if you
- have skills to fix vehicles and equipment
- have skills to operate tractors, mowers, heavy equipment
- have knowledge of landscaping and programing irrigation systems
- have fencing skills

This is a full time position - temporary for now but might turn into a permanent position.
