Job Description:

Establish a cooperative, positive relationship with clinic teams while providing support and improvements to the operations of facilities. Embody our mission and core values every day while ensuring clinics are safe and appealing to the communities we serve.

Accountability :

• Maintain weekly calendar plans and clinic visits

• Weekly maintenance plan reviews with the supervisor at the start of each week

• Sheetrock work and painting of clinics

• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs in clinics

• Concrete and asphalt inspections and repairs of parking lots of Dynamix Physical Therapy-owned properties

• Inspect outside and inside of clinics at every visit utilizing a checklist template

• Assist with set-up and start-up of clinic openings

• Set quarterly clinic maintenance goals

• Maintain and repair clinic and gym equipment as needed

• Work order management

  • Prioritize work orders

  • Purchase and expense supplies

  • Maintain a spreadsheet of closed work orders

• Lawn maintenance management

  • Hiring

  • Supervision

  • Inspections

  • Weed eating between sub-contracted schedules

• Warehouse management

  • Organization and cleanliness of the warehouse

  • Maintain tools and equipment

• Truck maintenance and cleanliness

• Positive interactions with staff, build relationships and possess a high level of cooperation

• Monitor clinic for cleanliness and neatness continuously

• Always maintain a paperless goal and a neat workspace

• Always maintain HIPAA compliance
