: To perform skilled maintenance & repair work in electrical, plumbing, mechanical maintenance of agency's facilities & equipment. To regularly inspect the condition of the agency's building & facilities and to respond to calls for maintenance service. To provide building & vehicle maintenance for the day-to-day operations of facilities which includes construction & daily maintenance; purchasing all materials competitively to achieve this function; vehicle fleet support services which includes operation of a vehicle fleet to meet all needs including maintenance & repairs on competitive basis; compliance with MHMRABV Facilities and Vehicle standards over a seven county area. Local travel to the seven counties required, company vehicle provided. Must be able to manage & accomplish multi-tasks as well as work independently and able to assume responsibilities of the Facilities/Vehicle Manager during absences.
