Our client is a well-known producer of food products. Due to growth seeking Maintenance Engineer to join the Maintenance staff. Primary duties include:
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance as well as installations, modifications and removal of production equipment
Assist with facilities maintenance as necessary
Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with SOP's and OSHA
Provide status and updates of equipment
Position reports to shift Maintenance Supervisor
Ideal candidates for Maintenance Technician will possess the following
Associates degree in Electro-technology or similar. Will consider military (technician) training and vocational/trade schooling
3+ years' experience in a high-speed or food production environment
Experience PLC's (Allen-Bradley)
Knowledge of GMP and LEAN 5S
Salary up to $80,000/yr depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
