Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Electrician for a 1st shift position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, along with proficiency in working with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems. Exceptional electrical troubleshooting skills and a thorough understanding of electrical schematics are essential for success in this role, which will be assessed during the interview process through practical demonstrations. Join our evolving organization and contribute significantly to maintaining operational efficiency while benefiting from competitive compensation packages, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for professional development. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Work with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems. + Demonstrate exceptional electrical troubleshooting capabilities. + Read and interpret electrical schematics. + Electrically troubleshoot control panels and boxes using schematics. + Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience. + 5+ years experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480v three-phase. + 5+ years experience with mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. + PLC troubleshooting skills. + Problem-solving skills and teamwork. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC programming knowledge. + Ability to read European electrical prints. + Desire to learn and take pride in work. + Craftsmanship skills. + Ownership of tools and toolbox. **Why Work Here?** We offer bi-weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and 401k matching up to 8%.
