We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Electrical and Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities

  • Operate more specialized tools or equipment (e.g., pneumatic drivers, testing rigs, multimeters) with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct in-process inspections, verifying torque specs, electrical continuity, and correct component orientation
  • Install and troubleshoot moderately complex mechanical or electlical assemblies (e.g., wiring harnesses, control switches, hydraulic components)
  • Interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, or assembly instructions to ensure precise setup and functionality.
  • Lead the installation and troubleshooting of complex systems (e.g., vehicle lighting, power distribution, hydraulic lift mechanisms).
  • Perform electrical wiring and soldering of components according to schematics.
  • Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.

Electrical and Mechanical Assembler Qualifications

  • Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical wiring, soldering techniques, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) is a plus.
  • Ability to operate various power tools and machinery safely.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or related fields is advantageous.
