Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Supervisor to lead operations at our Hatboro, PA facility.

Sentinel manufactures custom single-use tubing, bottle, and bag assemblies within a cleanroom environment. These assemblies are built to support fluid transfer and processing applications, primarily in regulated industries such as life sciences and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Tubing assemblies are hand-built by trained technicians using simple tools and equipment. They consist of flexible tubing connected to fittings, filters, bottles, and bags, with secure, leak-resistant connections made using clamps, ties, or similar methods. All assemblies are produced in a controlled cleanroom environment under strict quality standards and are carefully packaged to maintain integrity through storage and transport.
The Cleanroom Assembly Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations within an ISO 7 cleanroom environment. This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to cleanroom protocols, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality products. The supervisor will also identify process improvements, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
Lead, train, and develop Cleanroom Assembly Technicians
Set daily priorities and ensure production targets are met
Foster accountability and a high-performance, team-first culture
Production Oversight
Directs daily workflow by assigning and adjusting labor across jobs in real time, ensuring balanced workloads and efficient production flow
Oversee assembly operations including tubing cutting, assembly, packaging, and quality control
Ensure all builds meet specifications according to drawings and production orders
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve efficiency; actively suggest and implement improvements in equipment, methods, and workflow processes
Quality & Compliance
Enforce QMS standards and Cleanroom SOP protocols
Ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness
Partner with Quality teams to maintain compliance and reduce build errors
Operations & Systems
Manage ERP transactions and maintain inventory accuracy
Coordinate material flow and cleanroom readiness
Track and improve key performance metrics (output, defects, efficiency)
Manage and organize inventory to accommodate fluctuating demand, including reallocating materials and implementing efficient storage solutions
Maintain and promote a clean, organized, and orderly production environment, including supporting areas
QualificationsExperience leading teams in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and support a diverse team
Strong understanding of production workflows and assembly processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Has a strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to train staff and meet production targets
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and eliminate bottlenecks
Comfortable providing feedback and maintaining accountability
Preferred:
Experience in cleanroom, biopharmaceutical, or medical device environments
Familiarity with Single-Use Technologies or fluid handling systems
