Performing mechanical installation, equipment optimization, and preventive maintenance on production equipment. Maintaining and repairing plant equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, schematics, and operation manuals. Maintaining and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical/control, and hydraulic system components for production areas. Complete emergency repairs when necessary to offset downtime and production delays. Perform equipment change-overs when required. Completes PM (preventive maintenance) work orders as assigned through CMMS system. Uses schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment or process related issues and problems. Ensure documentation of work using CMMS (MP2) and complete work orders as assigned. Performs assigned jobs with minimum direction and supervision. Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines. Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically (hydraulic/pneumatic) Understanding of HVAC system operation and components Generate and communicate detail parts lists for preventative and emergency repairs. Understand Environmental policy and regulatory compliances for Wastewater, Storm water, HVAC and Hazardous waste. Complete root cause analysis and breakdown elimination on process systems Perform all duties with required safety equipment and comply with all safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, SOP's, and company policies.
