Final Assembler

Our Lebanon, NH manufacturing client is seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembler for their dynamic team. This full-time, first-shift role works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off!

Responsibilities of the Final Assembler

* Assemble products according to required specifications

* Become proficient in soldering

* Follow safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, compliance documents, etc.

* Use a variety of measuring devices (e.g., rulers, eye loop, digital scale, thickness gages, etc.)

* Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

* Keep work area and equipment clean and organized

* Cross-train to other departments as needed

* Perform additional production tasks as assigned
