Main Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring timely and effective completion of all preventive and reactive maintenance
Organize, staff, and direct maintenance operations to support production goals
Train and mentor team members on maintenance best practices and safety standards
Oversee facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and high-voltage equipment
Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, schedules, and inventory
Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Ensure all technical processes are reliable, cost-effective, and compliant with company and legal standards
Lead site infrastructure projects in coordination with corporate teams
Manage spare parts inventory to support efficient repairs and maintenance activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and optimizing processes, training, and workflows
Plan and manage maintenance budgets and resource allocation
Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Facilities Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience maintaining and improving production processes (e.g., welding, assembly, pleating)
Strong background in facility and electrical maintenance; welding experience (MIG/SMAW) preferred
Knowledge of HSE standards; Lockout/Tagout experience preferred
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC); Journeyman Electrician license a plus
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills
Effective communication skills in English; Spanish a plus
Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to motivate others
Ability to work after hours or weekends as needed
Ability to work at heights (ladders/lifts) and lift up to 50 lbs
Must have basic tools
Authorized to work in the United States
