Skilled Machine Mechanic- Paying up to $600 weekly with bonus

As a Mechanic , youll receive hands-on training to:

• Disassemble, inspect, and repair industrial pumps
• Fabricate custom components like baseplates and protective guards
• Learn and perform stick welding (prior experience is a plus!)
• Occasionally travel for trade shows and manufacturer training (23 days, twice a year)
• Work in the field with a team to troubleshoot, install, or repair equipment
• Contribute to daily shop operationseveryone pitches in!

Work Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (we dismiss at 4:45 to beat traffic!)
Location: Charleston, WV

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using power tools and driving a standard pickup truck
• Willingness to learn welding and fabrication
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Starting Pay: $15/hr
• Retirement Plans: Profit-sharing after 1 year + 401(k) match (up to 4%) after 6 months
