Sound like something you're interested in? Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Shift: First shift: 4 - 10 hour days + possible overtime on Friday What's a typical day as Electro-Mechanical Assembler? You'll be: Operating complex test equipment and performing part counts Manufacturing electro-mechanical assemblies from drawings and specifications Inspecting in-process products to ensure quality standards are met Maintaining 5S standards for workplace organization and efficiency Assembling both large equipment and fine-detail components Performing skilled mechanical assembly operations Applying lean practices and participating in continuous improvement initiatives Documenting non-conformances and assisting with cycle count processing Picking parts for manufacturing and customer requirements, and packaging large instruments for shipment Writing engineering change requests and supporting process documentation This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) Have 1 -3 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar manufacturing role required Are able to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work instructions Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Are comfortable working in a clean room and fast-paced, team-oriented environment Value safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in your work Are able to work the designated shift schedule and adapt to overtime as needed Soldering experience preferred What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
