Job Summary:
Serve as an interim facilities leader supporting maintenance operations across multiple healthcare locations. Travel to facilities and provide leadership oversight to ensure safe and compliant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to different facilities to support operations
• Lead maintenance teams and daily department activities
• Monitor workflow quality and completion of maintenance programs
• Support budgeting and energy management programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide leadership guidance training and support to staff
• Build strong relationships with clients and facility leadership
• Monitor staff performance and support evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred
• Five or more years healthcare facilities leadership experience
• Experience at director or assistant director level preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
• Experience with hospital maintenance and operations
• Ability to lead teams in changing environments
• Willingness to travel full time

Salary:

• $130,000 - $150,000 annually
