responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust weekly and monthly maintenance schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion and production alignment.
  
  
• Track, prioritize, and update maintenance requests and emergency repairs within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  
  
• Partner with external teams to improve the CMMS via a structured SOW and assist in developing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
  
  
• Analyze maintenance data to generate comprehensive reports on equipment downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance.
  
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for preventive maintenance while maintaining accurate records for strict audit and compliance standards.
