Sr. Field Service Technician

Travel Required: 85%-95% (including nights/weekends)

We design, build, and support advanced fulfillment technologies-from conveyor and sortation systems to robotics, AS/RS, and warehouse execution software.

As a Sr. Field Service Technician , youll play a critical role in keeping our customers distribution centers running at peak performance. Youll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated material handling systems while representing Honeywell on-site and ensuring safe, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilites

+ Support equipment repair and assist other technicians with mechanical and electrical maintenance

+ Complete work orders and documentation using established procedures and digital tools

+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, multimeters, laptops, and other diagnostic tools

+ Operate material handling equipment, battery systems, and powered machinery; use TCP /IP for troubleshooting and setup

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

+ Troubleshoot complex controls issues, including PLCs, networks, PC logic, and I/O devices

+ Assist in developing technical documentation and troubleshooting guides

+ Document customer support issues in CMMS and dashboards; collaborate with other departments to resolve escalations

+ Provide updates to Customer Service and management to support customer satisfaction

+ Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

+ Participate in cleaning and maintaining conveyor systems and part
