Incredible Opportunity for an Experienced Maintenance Mechanic
Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role and is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, problem solving and keeping equipment and operations running safely and efficiently. This is a unique opportunity that you will work closely with our senior maintenance lead and train in to a critical long term role supporting our 24-hour manufacturing operation. Due to the extensive training involved, we are looking for someone interested in building a lasting career with Copper State.
Responsiblities:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and facility systems
- Support electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance activities
- Work with AC/DC power systems, motors, controls, and electrical troubleshooting
- Maintain and repair gear and belt-driven systems, bearings, locking mechanisms, and related equipment
- Support lubrication, cooling, and preventative maintenance programs
- Identify and address safety concerns throughout the facility
- Partner closely with the maintenance lead while developing advanced maintenance knowledge
- Assist with maintenance projects and support training of newer team members
- Obtain Copper State forklift certification and assist with forklift operator training
Required Skills:
Industrial maintenance experience required
Experience with electrical troubleshooting and testing procedures
Working knowledge of:
AC/DC electrical systems
Three-phase power
Motors, transformers, regulators
Circuit breakers, relays, switches, and contactors
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience using power tools and hand tools
Commitment to workplace safety and proper hazardous material handling
Valid driver's license required
Furnace or heat-treat equipment experience is a plus

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Day shift with occasional infrequent off-shift or weekend support as needed.
