Incredible Opportunity for an Experienced Maintenance Mechanic

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role and is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, problem solving and keeping equipment and operations running safely and efficiently. This is a unique opportunity that you will work closely with our senior maintenance lead and train in to a critical long term role supporting our 24-hour manufacturing operation. Due to the extensive training involved, we are looking for someone interested in building a lasting career with Copper State.

Responsiblities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and facility systems
• Support electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance activities
• Work with AC/DC power systems, motors, controls, and electrical troubleshooting
• Maintain and repair gear and belt-driven systems, bearings, locking mechanisms, and related equipment
• Support lubrication, cooling, and preventative maintenance programs
• Identify and address safety concerns throughout the facility
• Partner closely with the maintenance lead while developing advanced maintenance knowledge
• Assist with maintenance projects and support training of newer team members
• Obtain Copper State forklift certification and assist with forklift operator training

Required Skills:

• Industrial maintenance experience required

• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and testing procedures

• Working knowledge of:

• AC/DC electrical systems

• Three-phase power

• Motors, transformers, regulators

• Circuit breakers, relays, switches, and contactors

• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Experience using power tools and hand tools

• Commitment to workplace safety and proper hazardous material handling

• Valid driver's license required

• Furnace or heat-treat equipment experience is a plus

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Day shift with occasional infrequent off-shift or weekend support as needed.
