SUMMARY
The Maintenance Planner and Scheduler will maintain the SAP System within the Asset Management module at the Corden Pharma Colorado sites, working both independently and as part of the Maintenance, I&E, Utilities, & Facilities Departments, being accountable for all aspects of Master Data within SAP.
This position is responsible for providing maintenance planning and scheduling support for regular and shutdown activities in SAP. Manages maintenance databases and assists other functional teams with SAP data regarding scheduling. Ensures consistency of SAP plan and maintains systems that avoid data redundancy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In case organizational or procedural changes are required, is responsible to initiate those changes in SME's organization
Prepares migration data files according to technical requirements - identifies, cleanses, and maps source data to target data
Prepares comprehensive training materials for end-users
Is the first point of contact for end-users having process, system, authorization questions, or issues
Supports issue resolution via testing, approving results, updating documentation, training end-users (if applicable), and ensuring timely status updates for end-users and other business stakeholders
Ensures SAP System authorizations are setup appropriately based on job function
Trains in use of the system and business processes
Business Improvements:
Ensures continuous review of business processes, procedures, and practices to identify need for improvements
Aligns improvements with business stakeholders, including other business areas when relevant
Maintenance planning and scheduling for the different functions at the site (mainly Maintenance, Facilities, and I&E)
Document control of Work Orders in SAP
Computer Maintenance Management System Admin (SAP)
Metric tracking, analysis, and reporting of the Work Orders for the Facilities Department and other function groups
Support Maintenance Scheduling efforts
Follow up with individuals regarding overdue work orders
Manage change control for SAP master data changes
Generate preventive maintenance orders
Confirm work order hours performed by operations personnel and perform order settlements
Generate SAP reports
Corrective work planning/scheduling
Coordinate with Production Scheduler for maintenance work availability
NDE work scheduling
Generate requisitions for all Framework orders and outside vendors performing preventative/reactive maintenance on equipment
LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides input and recommendations. Supports site objectives and plans.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university or Associate's Degree preferred; 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry preferred. Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA is a plus. Experience working for a CDMO is a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional
journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports,
business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present
information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers,
and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and
proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
