HVAC Service Technician

Compension $65,000 to $200,000

Plumbline Services is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creive and energetic employees, who are dediced to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and nional codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Maintenance Techs.

Wh Wil I Do?

• Successfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heing and air conditioning systems
• Opere a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors, ductless mini-splits and hydronic boilers
• Build client relionships by providing outstanding service through strong communicion and customer service skills
• Educe your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
• Document service performed and recommendions made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Do I Have Wh It Takes?

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expections
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
