Seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machining equipment to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities
Program CNC mills and/or lathes using Fusion 360 (CAD/CAM)
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to meet design intent, quality, and efficiency goals
Set up CNC machines including tooling, fixtures, work offsets, and verification
Interpret engineering drawings, models, GD&T, and specifications
Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks
Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for materials and part geometry
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues to minimize downtime and scrap
Support rapid prototyping efforts, including collaboration on 3D printed components when applicable
Work closely with engineering and quality to support new product introduction and design for manufacturability
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
3+ years of CNC machining experience with programming responsibility
Proficiency using Fusion 360 for CAD modeling and CAM toolpath generation
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges)
Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials
Ability to independently program, set up, and run jobs from start to finish
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
