Location:Benicia

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Position Summary

The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling wood components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment at all times.
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints or drawings to understand assembly requirements.
  • Assemble wood components accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
  • Inspect parts and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and assemble materials to ensure on-time production.
  • Report any issues or defects to the Production Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate daily progress and updates to the Production Supervisor.
  • Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to accurately use a tape measure (to 1/16 inch).
  • Basic understanding of construction or assembly drawings (training provided).
  • Comfortable using a computer or kiosk system.
  • Enjoys hands-on work and working with tools.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver large plywood sheets.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
