We are currently seeking applicants for position of Maintenance Assistant. This position offers a part time schedule, but may occasionally require evening or weekend work. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assists with grounds maintenance, community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor.
• Routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
• Replace light bulbs, fluorescent lights, call lights, etc.
