Manufacturing MIG Welder

Front Range Staffing is seeking a MIG Welder for immediate placement.

Pay: $22-30 an hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

* 2+ years of MIG welding experience on mild steel materials, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to MIG weld on heavy mild steel material with thickness ranging from 1/16" to 2".
* Ability to weld in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
* Ability to read and interpret weld prints, blueprints, and tape measurements accurately.
* Perform welding tasks according to specifications while maintaining quality standards.
* Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for each job.
* Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
* Ability to safely operate equipment and report hazards to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
* Forklift experience is a huge plus.
* Strong math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurements.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in hot and/or loud environments.
* Good vision including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color vision.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Participate in physical inventory cycle counts and year-end inventory counts.
