Make Ready Technician (Apartment Handyman)

MakeReady Technician - Property Management

Location: Denver, CO 80224

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay: $21-$22 per hour

We are a reliable, residentfocused property management company committed to providing clean, wellmaintained homes. Our MakeReady team plays a key role in preparing units for new residents, and we're looking for someone dependable, detailoriented, and motivated to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for new moveins by completing cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
• Replace fixtures, hardware, blinds, light bulbs, and other basic components as needed
• Assist with appliance checks and simple troubleshooting
• Ensure all units meet company quality standards before movein
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the makeready shop and supply areas
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and supply needs
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and support fast unit turnarounds

Qualifications

• Previous makeready, maintenance, construction, or cleaning experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and general building upkeep
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a team
