We are actively hiring 2 experienced Journeyman Plumbers for an immediate start on a long-term Temp-to-Hire opportunity in New Orleans, Louisiana. Position Details
Position: Journeyman Plumber
Location: New Orleans, LA
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

What Youll Be Doing
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
Read blueprints and technical drawings
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
Test systems for leaks and functionality
Work alongside contractors and other trades on active job sites
Ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards
Maintain clean and safe work areas

What Were Looking For
3+ years of plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Valid Drivers License & reliable transportation
Experience with residential and commercial plumbing preferred

Bonus Skills
Pipefitting or welding experience
Knowledge of local plumbing codes
Strong communication and customer service skills

Work Environment
This is hands-on work in residential and commercial environments. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, lifting materials, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.
