Lead Maintenance Technician - Property Management

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Location: Humble, TX 77346

Pay: $25-$26 per hour

We're a fastgrowing property management company committed to providing safe, clean, and wellmaintained communities for our residents. We're looking for a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Lead, train, and support maintenance staff; assign and follow up on work orders
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify repair needs
• Manage inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with property policies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Participate in oncall rotation for emergency maintenance
• Support unit turns to ensure timely moveins

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• EPA certification preferred (but not required)
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
