Maintenance Technician

This position will require an eight-hour shift every other week.

Performs a variety of maintenance duties.

Shift is every other Monday starting on 6/8- 7:30am - 4 pm

Goverment issued ID required for check-in and building access

Essential Duties and Responsibilities May Include:

• Snaking drains and plumbing duties
• Maintains, repairs, cleans and operates the grounds and facilities.
• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned
• Updates work statuses, timing, and costs of repairs using a variety of company tech systems.

Provides fleet maintenance support including but not limited to plumbing and general maintenance.

-Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs; reports major problems to the supervisor

-Cleans sidewalks and parking areas; picks up and disposes of trash, debris, branches and similar items.

Janitorial

When working in a Janitorial position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to clean, sanitize, and tidy varying workspaces including offices, warehouses, shopping centers or other locations.
• Safely operating mechanical or manual equipment including vacuums, waxers, mops, polishers, and other standard janitorial items.
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
